Omar Khayam Resort & Aqua Park, Hammamet

We had an incredible time at this hotel, celebrating a special family occasion. The rooms were pristine and spacious, with beautiful touches like fresh flowers. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable, especially for our little one. The dining options were plentiful and tasty, and the entertainment kept us all engaged. However, the beach area, while lovely, could use a bit more upkeep. Overall, this hotel offers fantastic value for a memorable family holiday!

Our stay started off with some great expectations, but unfortunately, it turned into a bit of a disappointment. While we found the beach to be wide and sandy with clean water, the overall cleanliness of the hotel left much to be desired. The staff was polite and helpful, but the dining experience was quite lackluster with cold and monotonous food. The pool area felt cramped given the number of guests, and the chaotic dining queues were frustrating. However, there were some shining stars among the staff, making it somewhat redeeming.

Our stay at the hotel was quite the mixed bag. We encountered some significant cleanliness issues, particularly in the common areas and restrooms, which was problematic. The staff by the pool and reception were friendly and helpful, making the experience slightly better. However, the dining scene left much to be desired, with often cold and tasteless food. On the upside, the beach was wide and sandy, offering a pleasant seabed, even if it had a bit of litter.

We had an incredible family vacation at this hotel! The all-inclusive package offered a wide variety of food, and the kids loved the Aqua park. The staff were attentive and engaged with the children, making our stay even more enjoyable. Although our air conditioning wasn’t working during our visit, the cool evenings made it manageable. Overall, we are excited to return and create more memories here!
